Returns & exchanges
Orders may be returned so long as:
- The order is new, unused, and unopened
- The order is returned within 14 days of receipt
- The order was not purchased on final sale
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Custom orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final approval of your custom order I cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
To complete your return, please send an email regarding your return to email@example.com include your name, order number, product you wish to refund/exchange and reason for refund/exchange.
Then send your order, along with its original packing slip, to:

If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in case I do not receive your return shipment.
Once your return is received, I will process your refund as soon as possible. I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and also to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact me.
late or missing refunds
If it's been ten (10) business days and you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, mail your product to: Cat Snapp Studio, P.O. Box 2272, Everett, WA, 98213, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
