This update is long overdue

After three years of a pandemic, two babies, and two c-sections (which, although common, are major surgeries), I feel like a different person than when I started my greeting card line.

How I prioritize my time now looks nothing like the “before times”. I know I’m not the only one who’s felt a deep understanding that our time and energy are precious and limited.

Also, my artistic voice went silent during this period. It was hard to process, let alone communicate with others.

Recently I was able to consider what I want to do in my studio practice. And I decided that is away from greeting cards, stickers, and flat-printed art prints.

Instead, I look forward to exploring my fine art origins again in printmaking, bookbinding, and mixed-media fine art.

I'll explore new and untried ideas and see where it takes me! I'll still share what I'm up to here on my site, on social media, and my newsletter. Making this decision has already given me a sense of lightness and excitement.
