Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cat Snapp Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.


ENVIRONMENTAL EFFORTS
I ship using labels, boxes and mailers made from 100% recycled paper and use either recycled or reused materials for filling boxes (when needed). 

Domestic Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
To ensure quality and to increase my working time in the studio, all orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays beyond my control can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Cat Snapp Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: If you selected “Single Greeting Card Shipping (in an envelope with stamp)” at checkout, you will receive a shipment notification, but not a tracking number.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Cat Snapp Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim first.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOST PACKAGES
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there

  2. Contact your local post office or FedEx facility.

  3. Email me at hello@catsnapp.studio and include your order number.

Please report lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. I am unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered, including international shipment.
Please note Cat Snapp Studio is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

I currently am unable to offer international shipping. Look for it in the future!
